Partner Framework Agreement

The Partner Framework Agreement is the single instrument governing all partnerships with Gimel Technologies GmbH. It covers every partner role — System Integration, Cloud Runtime, Public Key Infrastructure, Software Vendor Integration, OEM Hardware Embedding, Genomic-Identity Laboratory, and Wallet Operator services — through its main terms (§§ 1–19), the role-specific Attachments A–G, and the operational Schedules.
